Carers Help, information and advice

Talking helps and sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends.  Compass Carers have a staff team of dedicated and experienced Carer Support Workers and telephone helpline staff who will listen to you and help you find your own answers to any problems you may have, without judging you. They will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. It’s an opportunity to look at your problems in a different way with someone who has knowledge about the many issues that carer’s face, listen to you with respect and encourage and support your opinions and the decisions you make.  If you need to talk, or need information, advice and guidance, please do call us on 01823 255911 (10am - 3.30pm, Mon. to Fri.).  You do not have to give us your name if you do not want to.
